Making it a mission to revisit the 4th track off his very first project, The Wackness LP, Rob directs the visuals to “I X L”. As a personal favorite, Rob felt it best to visually bring it back to life as he currently is working on his next solo album, The NHL (The Nappy Headed Legend), as well as two collaborative albums with Taylor Musik and Dr. LaFlow.
Directing and editing his first video, Rob wanted to take people into the “Zillaverse”, a laidback clan of hip-hop lovers who, besides all of what you see, are just normal kids kicking it to get somewhere. Paying homage to his home state of Connecticut (shout out to Apathy) as well as detailing the struggles, “I X L” serves as a perfect reminder to follow through. No matter what.
