Lupe Fiasco’s new song called “Peace Of Paper/Cup Of Jayzus”
Stretching out to almost the seven minute mark, the song finds Lupe spinning a complicated web of words packed with references to Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Kanye West, Odd Future, Drake, Common, Mos Def and more. The track also finds Fiasco acknowledging his critics when he raps, “Critics say I fell off/I acknowledge a slip/But what you call falling from space into a bottomless pit.”
