04/17/13 – Toronto native 4th Pyramid has started the year off on fire. From the selection of his track “It’s So Hot” for the major motion picture “21 & Over” to a sold-out NYC show alongside A$AP Rocky to the Vice/Noisey debut of his Grandtheft-produced single & video “Friday Nights”, this rising MC/Producer is making moves and turning heads. In anticipation of his upcoming EP The Sky Belongs To The Stars, 4th Pyramid is releasing his latest single “Stay Up High”. The song, which premiered on RapGenius, is produced by fellow Toronto producer & Pyramid’s frequent collaborator, Rich Kidd and shows off 4th’s lyrical dexterity over a heavy-hitting guitar track with backing vocals by Ben Stevenson.

His new EP, The Sky Belongs To The Stars, is set for release online & in-stores nationwide May 7th via his independent imprint Silk Ivory (in association with LTG/Universal Music) and is shaping up to be his best work to date. The project includes guests & production by Grandtheft (A-Trak, Diplo, Calvin Harris), Rich Kidd (Drake, Shad, k-Os, Redman) and 2 tracks with up & coming R&B sensation Ben Stevenson (Boi1da, Joe Budden).
